RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us as well as for the shipping fees. If we shipped the wrong product, we will promptly refund or replace the item and refund your return shipping charges. A replacement item will be shipped free of charge. Please enclose a copy of your receipt. Only items that are in new condition are eligible for return or replacement in all circumstances.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. All totals are calculated using new prices, as we cannot guarantee the availability of used books. Pricing changes often occur daily.  We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing on this web site.

SHIPPING METHODS:
Most domestic orders are sent via Priority mail or UPS. The chosen shipping method for each order is dependent upon destination, package weight, and shipping charges assessed. Very small orders (decals and pennants), at our discretion, may be sent via First Class mail with a reduced shipping and handling charge.

PROCESSING AND SHIPMENTS:
Orders placed online are generally processed and shipped within three business days if items are in stock. If an ordered product is out of stock you will be notified via email. There is an additional charge for Overnight or 2nd Day orders.

DIGITAL COPY RETURN POLICY:  
Customers may want to return a digital book for a refund because of various reasons. Because there is no physical product, digital books may not be returned once the title is activated. This means refunds are not available for activated digital books. The activation e-mail you will receive contains contact information for technical assistance.
